Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted only for goods that are not compliant orders and for damaged goods
2. Returns are not accepted unless they are previously authorized by our Complaints Office through the appropriate form
3. We do not accept returns freight collect
4. Complaints will not be accepted after 8 days from receipt of the goods
5. The Court of Trani is competent for any dispute
